Victory Through Adversity is rooted in Coach Chris Bianchi’s journey as a survivor and leader. This event honors resilience while directly raising funds to launch a comprehensive girls basketball academy in fall 2026 through Red Penguin Athletics LLC in partnership with Greater Rochester Area Basketball (GRAB).
The academy vision includes academic monitoring, nutrition and hydration education, ACL and MCL injury prevention, self-defense training, college-prep seminars, female guest speakers, strength and conditioning, technical skill development, and meaningful exposure opportunities.
“Victory Through Adversity” is an invitation to celebrate strength, inspire community action, and create access for the next generation of girls athletes.
